Sheree Floyd

Growing up in Vancouver B.C. I was introduced to ceramics in grade 10 at a high school in downtown Vancouver. It was immediately a passion I have continued to pursue. Leaving the coast and living in Yellowknife NWT after school was an opportunity to join an excellent Pottery Guild where I continued to learn. Four years later I went to college in Edmonton for advertising. I settled in Edmonton and raised a family while still creating functional and whimsical clay works. Coming to Comox Valley has landed me in a magical world of beaches, mountains and forests. Themes I love and which are reflected in my designs on clay today.
