Scott Beardsley has created functional
and art pottery for 34 years, thrown or
handbuilt, in high fired stoneware,
porcelain and terra cotta earthenware.
I am fascinated by the endless
possibilities of firing pottery with
wood. It is the uniqueness of these pots
and the excitement of finding the
unexpected that is so satisfying.
Creating these pots has become a passion
and I am enjoying the endless quest for
knowledge and the perfect pot.
